Email from Supervisor Regarding Joining Clay: Unexpected Issue Resolved

Dear Clay Team, My organization already sent invitation to join Clay. Attached is the email from my supervisor, however there's something unexpected when I wanted to join Clay. Is there anything we could do about this? since we also already subscribed Clay Explorer for team one.
