Preventing Duplicate CRM Leads from Webhook Responses

Hi, is there a way to group or update rows received through a webhook so i don't get duplicate CRM leads? I have a webhook setup from Smartlead which pulls through 'Email Replies', however often people will send multiple messages which sends new data to the table. I'd prefer not to set the webhook to 'label update' as I let GPT enrichment label the messages in the table. The image I've attached is three replies from the same person which I then Send to Close CRM, so it's creating a new lead each time. Any help would be appreciated.
