We can't connect to salesforce anymore. When looking at the connection in https://app.clay.com/workspaces/195674/settings/accounts/salesforce, 'reconnect' shows as a success, but then 'test connection' errors
The error "Could not verify your Salesforce account. Please re-authorize and try again" typically indicates an authentication issue with your Salesforce OAuth connection.
Try these steps:
Verify OAuth Settings - Ensure OAuth Settings are enabled in your Salesforce account. [1]
Check User Permissions - Confirm the OAuth user has these required permissions: • Access Identity Information • Manage User Data via APIs • Perform Requests Anytime (refresh_token, offline_access)
Remove and Re-add Connection - Navigate to Settings > Connections, delete the existing Salesforce connection, then add it fresh and authenticate again.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, click Talk to a person for further assistance.
