Using HubSpot's Lookup Function: Query by Email, Name, and Org
hi team - i'm trying to use the Lookup function on Hubspot - Is there a way to lookup by email, full name and org in one query?
here its creating a new record on Hubspot - because email on HUbspot isnt mapping to the enriched Clay email - so if we could provide the domain name and contact's full name this could be avoided? thanks!
Hey Shwetha, thanks for the great inquiry! Currently, these Hubspot options don't have the capability to search for multiple inputs at a time. No final ETA yet, but it's being worked on. For now, the best workarounds would be to use some of those Association API queries Hubspot offers in their documentation via HTTP API, or if you potentially have a list of records imported into a different table where you have the record's ID and original email that you can lookup. Will keep you posted about those updates of course!
