Struggling with OpenAI API Key Rate Limits: Need Solutions!

Really struggling with the Open AI integration - every time I try and use it, I'm met with error message: The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here. But as far as I can see the only way to increase limits is to use / spend more Open AI tokens (and get to level 2), Currently only using open AI credits in Clay, but then cant use it in clay because of the API key limts..... Has anyone else encountered this? If so, what did you do? Thanks!!

usually if you add credits you get moved to the next tier in openai my account was not new and i had spent a few $ already - as soon as i added credits i got bumped to the next tier

don't remember how much i had but adding 60 usd bumped me to tier 2 iirc
