Issue with Random Deletion of User Prompts in AI Tool

Clay randomly deletes prompts that ive just spent a long time crafting for AI enrichment. Have other people flagged this issue? Is this a bug you're working on?

    yeah Penn F. faced the same issue - but was able to restore the campaign in trash so i let it be 😂 but it's a serious problem fs
