    Credits are only charged for data enrichment actions like finding contact information or retrieving firmographic data, not for list building or prospecting.To help prevent unintended credit usage, here are a few tips: 1. Test enrichments on a few rows before updating the entire table 2. Turn off auto-update by clicking the three-dot icon beside your table name 3. Check the "Run Info" on specific columns to see credit usage detailsIf you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, please request a human agent to review your account's credit usage, as I cannot access your specific account details or credit history.
