Issue with Edits Not Updating in Write-to-Table Enrichment Process

When I edit a write-to-table column after already running it once. For example, I am adding to the write-to-table enrichment another column I want it to copy. It just ignores it and does not succeed in fulfilling my edit. Why is that?
