Troubleshooting Contact Export Issues to Salesforce

I'm trying to export contacts to Salesforce and getting tripped up on how to link the contacts to their respective accounts. There is a mismatch between accounts in the contact field of Clay and Salesforce where is wants an account ID. This is another two hours of simple turning hard.
