Troubleshooting OpenAI Connection Issues and Account Limits

cant connect open ai. it tells me the following: This action may run slowly because the limits you have on your account associated with this model are low. Consider upgrading your OpenAI API key to a higher tier for faster performance. See "Increasing your limits" here." However, on the open AI page it says that the upgrade to higher limits goes automatically based on usage. how can I connect open AI?

The warning you're seeing indicates that your OpenAI account may have low usage limits. To resolve this: 1. Check your current usage tier at https://platform.openai.com/account/limits 2. For reliable use with our services, you need higher limits: 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent 3. If you're on a free plan or tier 1, you'll need to upgrade to tier 2 or higher 4. Maxim, you can still connect. Clay is just communicating that, because of the limits of your key, some actions may be slow. Today, Clay requires 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for AI columns with the "Content generation" use case, and 450,000 TPM for the "Web research / Claygent" use case. "Content generation" will work with any tier, as long as the API key has access/can be used. To use Claygent, I believe you will need a Tier 2 API key from OpenAI, as it supports the required TPM rates. Their support team can help if you need to increase your usage limits. I believe you can request a review from the “Usage Limits” page in your OpenAI account settings. Just click on “Need help?”, submit your request, and they’ll review and follow up with you. They will typically grant the request if you have already prepaid the minimum amount required. An alternative in the meantime is using the Clay-managed key. Let me know of other questions.
