Unable to Login: Password Reset Email Not Received

Hi there, I can't seem to login anymore. When I try to it says "unable to login" and when I try to reset my password, I don't receive an email. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

    It seems you're having trouble logging in and resetting your password. This issue often occurs when you've previously used Google Authentication to sign in. Here's what you can try: 1. Attempt to log in using your Google account instead of a password. 2. If that doesn't work and you want to switch from Google Auth to a username/password login, you'll need to speak with a human agent for assistance.
