Error Uploading CSV to Clay: Troubleshooting Tips and Solutions

Hey guys, trying to upload a CSV to clay but I get this error. Note: this CSV has been exported from another table in clay. Any idea what it could be?

There could be a few reasons for the error when uploading a CSV exported from another Clay table: 1. The CSV might include "created at" or "updated at" columns, which should be removed. 2. Ensure your file doesn't exceed 72 columns and 50,000 rows. 3. Try removing commas, colons, and semicolons from the CSV, as these can cause field mix-ups. 4. Use a UTF-8 encoded CSV with comma-separated values for best results. If the issue persists, try uploading your data to a public Google Sheet, then download it as a CSV and attempt the upload again. Hey Hugo, thanks for reaching out. When you say trying to clean this are you referring to the following? 1. Export your Clay table as a CSV 2. Re-import that CSV into a Google Sheet 3. Re-export this new Google Sheet as a CSV 4. Re-import this brand new CSV from step 3 into Clay If so, let me know. Otherwise, I'd recommend trying this out and confirm that you've removed any 'created at' or 'updated at' columns. Just to clarify what you're seeing - the workbook name and table name are completely different things. It looks like your "Want" table is still inside the "True Focus" workbook.
I'm not sure if this was an error that the table was there or intentional on your end, but I've sent your video to our team so they can understand the confusion better and work on fixing it.

Ahhh see what you mean, didn't notice that. Don't think those 2 could've been mixed up on my side though as the want stuff isn't a template either if that makes sense.

As for the CSV, there's no 'updated at' or 'created at'. I directly exported the CSV from a clay table, and trying to import it into a blank one. ALso tried first uploading that CSV to google sheets and download it again as csv, and upload it again to clay into a blank table - but that also didn't work.
