Error Pulling Data from Ocean.io Workspace - Pro Plan Issues

Hi, I'm getting this error when pulling data from Ocean.io : This is the workspace of my client: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/312772 We are also in pro plan and have tons of credits left so should be able to use this.
