Some providers charge credits just for attempting to find results, even if no data is returned. This means you may be charged credits when the provider searches for information, regardless of whether they find valid data or not.However, if a provider has a policy to refund for invalid data and they do refund us, we will refund those credits back to your account. The provider here was Claygent. And it looks like there was an error in the AI run, because it does not provide anything at all, not even an error
