Request for Trial Re-extension for Cohort 13 Support

I am seeking support as part of Cohort 13. I have reached out to the program leads but was re-directed here. I am looking for a trial re-extension so I can finish the course (because some lessons require features not available on the free version). My trial may have already been auto-extended when I received a credit bonus that was credited to my account.

We offer a one-time self-serve trial extension that you can use if you're logged into Clay. Visit https://app.clay.com/extend-my-trial/ to get another 2 weeks (refresh your page after extending). If this doesn't work, the most cost-effective approach would be to sign up for a Starter plan to access the features you need for your course. You can change your plan by going to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person for more options.
