Hey Clay Team, When I am building a new list for the same niche, I need to exclude more than one of the lists I build in clay for the new searches to avoid duplicates. Im only seeing one option for excluding lists in the search options, is there a way around this?
Since it only allows me one list, which is a little discouraging, should I apply all key words that may have been used in previous lists in the exlude key words to mimic not duplicating leads / copying a list built in clay already
Hey Robert, thanks for reaching out! Apologies for the inconvenience, I've notified our engineers about this as we're always looking to make the product better and this feedback is super helpful for us. In this case, if you'd like to be certain that leads are not being duplicating upon search, I would suggest unifying them into a single people search table using our 'Write to Table' function or copying and pasting the essential columns containing lead data from the various searches into a single people search table. Hope this helps! Let me know how this goes and if you'd like a hand setting this up :)
Sounds great thanks for getting back to me Iโll keep you updated here when Iโll need a hand setting this up. Thanks!
Of course! Sounds great, looking forward to it. :)
