To create individual rows for each contact, you have two main options:1. Use the Find People feature to create a new People Table: • Create a new People Table (Click Create New > Table > People Table) • Use the Find People feature to add your contacts as separate rows 2. If you have comma-separated contacts in cells, you can: • Use "Extract Data From Values" to process the data • Add a new column using the Forward Slash (/) command • Apply a custom extraction Regex: [^,"]+"?[^,"]+ • This will split the values into separate entries that you can then send to a new tableTo create the new table, simply click Create New > Table and choose the appropriate table type for your needs. You can use the write to another table enrichment to achieve this.

Here's how to use Write to Table to create individual rows for your contacts:1. Click "Add Enrichment" and select "Write to Table" 2. Follow these setup steps: • Select your Clay account (you'll need your API key if not already set up) • Choose your destination table (ideally within your current workbook) • Select the column containing your list of contacts • Map the contact data to the appropriate columns in your new tableOptional: You can configure additional settings:• Enable "Auto-update" to automatically enrich new rows• Set "Only run if" conditions to control when the enrichment runsThis will create individual rows in your destination table for each contact, breaking down your comma-separated or listed contacts into separate entries with their associated data. kushagra Thanks for your help. I tried this option and it asks me to pull from a column with a list. The contacts aren't in list format unfortunately. Here's how I currently have the contacts laid out.

You can use the Find People feature to create individual rows for your contacts. Here's how:1. Use the "Find Contacts" search option in the enrichment tab 2. Configure it to save the results into your desired table 3. You can set a limit for the number of contacts per company 4. The Find Contacts search will also automatically enrich the profiles it finds with additional informationThis approach will create separate rows for each contact, complete with their individual profile data.Note: If you need to process specific data from cells first, you can use Extract Data From Values with a custom Regex pattern to split the values before sending them to a new table. Here's how to combine your contacts using a formula:1. Add a new column and select "Formula" 2. In the AI Formula Generator box, describe what you want to do (e.g., "combine the contact information into a JSON array" or "create a comma-separated list from these contacts") 3. Click "Generate Formula" and review the sample output 4. Once you have your combined list format, you can use Write to Table to: • Select your destination table • Choose the column containing your newly formatted list • Map the list data to appropriate columns in the new tableNote: For comma-separated data, you can also use Extract Data From Values with a custom Regex pattern to split the values before sending them to the new table. To create a column with a list format suitable for Write to Table:1. Add a new column and select "Formula" 2. In the AI Formula Generator box, specify that you want to create a list or array format (not comma-separated) 3. Click "Generate Formula" 4. Review the sample output to ensure it shows as a proper list formatOnce you have the list format, you can use Write to Table to map each item individually to rows in your destination table.Note: When using the AI Formula Generator, be specific about wanting the output in a list/array format that's compatible with Write to Table, rather than just requesting a comma-separated format.
