It's unlikely that the monthly billing actually skipped March 24. There's often a delay in credit renewal due to transaction processing times. When our plan renews, it can take 1-2 hours for credits to appear in your account. This delay is normal and occurs because our card provider needs time to process transactions.
If you're still not seeing your credits after 2 hours, please let us know, and we can investigate further. In the meantime, if you urgently need credits, you can purchase credit top-ups from your billing modal.
