Issues with Find Companies Tool: Search Results Confusion

I used Find Companies to search for companies > 500 Employees 56% of the results did not meet the criteria of company size Can someone explain if its a bug or something I could have done better here?

When using Find Companies, not all company attributes (like employee count) are immediately available in the initial search. Employee headcount data is actually an enrichment that needs to be added after you've created your initial list.To improve your results, here are some suggestions:1.
