Using Clay to Identify Companies with Multiple Sites and Hiring Blue Collar Profiles: A Step-by-Step Guide
Hello everyone, so I’m starting to get a better understanding of what’s possible using Clay and how to use the tool. Since most of you here are probably more experienced, I want to see who can help me figure out the best way to run this play: From a big list of companies (1K+), I want to be able to identify those that:
have more than 1 production site/location
are hiring operations profiles (blue collar)
whether they announced any growth plans or recent acquisitions (it is non-tech so fundraising isn’t the same)
check if they have any people with keywords in their profile like “Employee Engagement” “Well-being” “DEI” “Employee Experience”
Optional: the exact number of employees on their website (so I can figure out the % of blue collar workers they have: #employees on website - #employees on linkedin)
