hey all- I'm stuck in a forever loop of not being able to login because my session is expired. I restarted my computer to no avail- can someone help. E-mail is rina@productside.com

To resolve the login loop issue, try these steps: 1. Log out of your Clay account completely. 2. Perform a hard refresh of your browser: • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • On PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge) 3. Clear your browser cache. 4. Attempt to log back in. If the problem persists, try using an incognito window or restarting your browser extension. If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, please let me know, and we can explore other solutions.

Since you're unable to log in or out, let's try resetting your password: 1. Go to the Clay login page. 2. Click on "Forgot password". 3. Enter your email address (rina@productside.com). 4. Follow the password reset steps in the email you receive. If you don't get an email, you might be using a different login method. In that case, or if these steps don't work, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further support. Additionally, try clearing your browser cache completely before attempting to log in again.
