Clear your browser cache. 4. Attempt to log back in. If the problem persists, try using an incognito window or restarting your browser extension. I did all of this and I tried incognito
I can't log out because I can't log in
Since you're unable to log in or out, let's try resetting your password: 1. Go to the Clay login page. 2. Click on "Forgot password". 3. Enter your email address (rina@productside.com). 4. Follow the password reset steps in the email you receive. If you don't get an email, you might be using a different login method. In that case, or if these steps don't work, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further support. Additionally, try clearing your browser cache completely before attempting to log in again.
