When you import work emails into Clay, email validation is already included in the process. We use ZeroBounce, a best-in-class validation service, by default as part of our email waterfall process. You don't need to use additional validation tools since this functionality is built-in. The validation process will determine if the email has a valid inbox, and you have two options: 1. Default setting: Catch-all emails are marked as valid
2. "Safe to send" option: You can enable this for a more conservative approach that excludes catch-all emailsYou can either use our Clay-managed ZeroBounce account (charged at 1 credit per enriched cell) or bring your own ZeroBounce API key if you prefer.
