Issue with Add to smartlead Column Not Auto Running in Clay

Why is "Add to smartlead" column not auto running? My data sources fire, the enrichments run etc - but then it sits at "Click to run" instead of auto running. So each day i have to jump into relevant tables and trigger this push. Can you advise Clay S.
