Getting Fresh LinkedIn Data via Google SERP: Tips and Workarounds

Β·
Β·

Hi, is there a way to get fresh LinkedIn data through Google Serp? Generally looking for the cheapest way to get some current data on a given LinkedIn Profile. I tried serper.dev on a given LinkedIn profile. While the Google preview works well for some profiles, for some it's outdated. If we would do outreach based on that data, we would e.g. mention their old company. Sometimes the preview is also very random - any workarounds other than paying a fresh LinkedIn data via RapidAPI?

We offer a cost-effective way to get fresh LinkedIn data through our "Find & Enrich Person from Google Search" integration. This uses Google Search to locate and extract information from LinkedIn profiles, updating records older than 45 days. For more up-to-date data, you could use Claygent, our AI web scraper that retrieves real-time information from LinkedIn profiles. Alternatively, services like Apify or Phantombuster can be used with Clay's integrations. However, be cautious as these use your LinkedIn account and may risk being blocked. Each option has its trade-offs in terms of cost, accuracy, and risk. The best choice depends on your specific needs and volume of data required.

Hey Alexander - Yep, having fresh data is super difficult. This is why we have the Enrich Person action inside of Clay because it's getting full live data

Serper won't get you fresh data the way you'd expect. All social media platforms make it very hard to access their data because that's essentially their business model which is why you can't see this on Google !:)
