If you're having trouble joining a workspace after receiving an invite, you might be experiencing a session issue. Try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Log out of your current Clay account 2. Hard refresh your browser: • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • On PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) 3. Log back in and try accessing the invite again 4. If that doesn't work, try using an incognito/private browser window If you're still having issues, it could be related to authentication. If you normally sign in with Google but are trying to use email/password (or vice versa), try using your usual sign-in method. If you need further help, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person".
