Optimizing Company Enrichment Process: Seeking Efficient Solutions

·
·

Hi everyone, I'm having Claygent get some info on a company list. The thing is that I update that list daily, and if one company has already been enriched via Claygent, I don't want it to do it again. So far what I'm doing is having all the company names I've already enriched on a Google Sheet and doing a lookup so that Claygent only enriches the ones that are NOT on that sheet. But it takes forever, because there are over 5k rows to go through on that file -and growing-. There has to be a better way. Can anyone think of it?

Hey there! To speed up this process, it’s best to manage it directly within Clay rather than relying on Google Sheets, which has strict rate limits, especially with large datasets like yours. You can create a deduplication setup in Clay: 1. Create a “Previously Enriched” table: Add a table in your Clay to mark companies that have already been enriched. 2. Use Filters: Create a Lookup in clay and then set up a filter so that Claygent only processes rows where this column is blank, skipping companies that have been enriched already. This should streamline the process and make it much faster. Let me know if you need help setting this up! 😊
