Hi, I just referred someone and they purchased 50K credits but i guess they forgot to click my referral link, how to claim the referral?

Unfortunately, we can't grant referral credits if the referral link wasn't used during sign-up. Our system automatically awards 3,000 credits to both parties when someone signs up using a referral link and activates a paying workspace. To check the status of your referrals: 1. Go to your workspace settings 2. Click on "Referrals" For future referrals, make sure to share your unique referral link, which you can find in the Referrals section of your settings. If you need more assistance, please request to talk to a person in this chat.

The team requires proof to approve this request. If you have any examples of the calls, perhaps a calendar schedule, conversation leading up to this, or anything else, that would be super helpful!
