Inconsistent Results from Work Email Validation Waterfall Process

Hey there - I ran a waterfall for work emails last week and got validated results. I'm running the exact same waterfall and getting inconsistent results for the same people - most of which are now returning different, invalidated emails. Can anyone help me identify why this might be?

There could be a few reasons for getting different validation results: 1. Email Validation Process: When you run the waterfall, emails go through a validation service (ZeroBounce by default). An email that was previously found might fail the validation check in a subsequent run, causing the waterfall to continue searching for other valid emails. 2. Catch-all Email Settings: By default, Clay marks catch-all emails as valid. These emails may be real but there's uncertainty about whether they belong to the specific person. If you want stricter validation, you can enable the "only mark safe to send" option, which will exclude catch-all emails from your valid results. To investigate the specific validation results: ** You can unhide the validation columns in your table to see how the validator is processing each email ** Check which emails are being marked as invalid and why * Review your validation settings to ensure they match your previous configuration Sources: Enrich People (Waterfalls) [CRM Enrichment] - Clay University Enrich People (Waterfalls) [Automated Outbound] - Clay University Enrich People (Waterfalls) [Clay 101] - Clay University

Context: I created an email waterfall last week and deemed that DropContact was the best provider for the profile of person I was searching for. It returned @nyc.gov email addresses and these were validated with ZeroBounce. Today I tried to extend that same waterfall to more people and received invalidated emails for every single person (DropContact was returning @school.nyc.gov email addresses and all were invalidated by ZeroBounce. I tried to re-run the waterfall for people that were successful previously and this time I received invalid results and @schools.nyc.gov email addresses. Why am I getting new, invalidated results when using DropContact? It was successful before but it's seemingly failing now
