How to Use Exclude Companies in Find Companies Effectively

Hey Team! I was really excited to use the "Exclude Companies" option in Find Companies but I'm being told "This table does not contain a companies search". This is the table I'm trying to exclude: What I'm trying to solve for is we target subscription companies, these co's can have a Custom Cart and use . If my search was for Custom Carts and I do a separate search for co's, there's a strong possibility that there will be overlap and I'm enriching the same Co's more than once. How can i avoid this?

Hey Jonathan, thanks for the inquiry!! That's a great question. Currently, only tables that were generated by the same Find Companies feature can be excluded at this time but we've brought up the topic to allow for more which is on the roadmap although no ETA just yet. I'll submit this as a follow up request! For now, I can suggest adding a Lookup Row integration to cross-match against the LI URL and using that as a condition to further enrich only when no match is found. oooh, that sounds like an interesting way to solve this. so just to be clear, i would create a column to cross-match against previous LI URLs? If that's the case, i suppose i could create a master table and just upload co's there first but then it wouldn't be long before i hit the 50k row limit. how might i overcome that secondary hurdle? please and thank you Arturo!

Yup, that's a great question, Jonathan, and one that we look forward to solving once the exclude feature is updated to handle more options as well as volume of records. The next best option until then would be to spill over to a Master table 2 and using a second Lookup as a fallback. Of course, not ideal, but for sure a topic we've brought up. Will share this as additional feedback!
