...and the write-to-table column looks like it's currently halted because the "Team Array Creation (2)" column isn't resolving. I assume you've done some other work since you wrote that influences this.
I'll acknowledge the slowness, though, and it's not what we want to see. Our engineers are aware of these issues (e.g. https://status.clay.com/) and actively working to improve them.
