For Vietnamese +84 numbers, you need to specify the country code in your phone enrichment setup. ClearoutPhone supports global numbers but requires a country code for non-US numbers to ensure accuracy. [1]
You can also use the "Normalize Phone Number" formatter to convert existing Vietnamese numbers to proper international format if needed.
