Hey Harrison, thanks for the question! Unfortunately, we don't have that option when duplicating a table. The best workaround is either downloading the CSV or using Write to table to push the data to another table.
Yeah, looks like it was that. Since not many valid emails were being returned by the first few providers, the following providers were running to try to find a new email it could validate.
Just from this table, I did estimate about ~1300 credits being used in this waterfall. It's not always the case but for some segments/industries the coverage may not be very good across providers and emails they find are likely not valid.
Sorry, what do you mean by double-charged? Each provider has a set cost and they only charge if an email is found. Unfortunately, we have no control over what data they return, but it's something we'll look into with them because sometimes all of them have the same one :(
If it's not returning a valid email, why would I get charged 2 credits for it to then do the same thing two more times in a row? I'm paying over 6 credits and getting no result lol
Yeah, that's understandable, but these searches use the provider's services to find that information which is also a direct cost for us if using Clay's API. If they find an email and then the validation provider determines it's not valid, we still have to consider the cost of using the provider's services. Hope that makes sense!
