Hello, I am reaching out concerning an issue with the find people using a LinkedIn Sales Navigator URL.
I have a table on Clay with a list of companies 41 companies
Since Clay was not able to find anyone in these companies based on my ICP I reverted to using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Using LinkedIn SN I found 79 people at these companies. On LinkedIn I used the account list to limit my lead search. So, the URL is from a lead search using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The URL starts like this: https://www.linkedin.com/sales/search/people?query=(spellCorrectionEnabled%3....
When copy pasting this link into the field (back in Clay, Find People at these companies) of the method: External List.
When clicking import the new table doesn't stop loading rows. Even after 30 minutes there are no new rows. As mentioned above, on LinkedIn SN I found 79 people from 41 companies.
What could be the issue?
The endless loading issue with your Sales Navigator import could be due to several factors: 1. The import process can take 30+ minutes for Sales Navigator searches, so it might still be processing. 2. As a workaround, consider using our Clip to Clay Chrome extension to save LinkedIn URLs directly to a Clay table. 3. Make sure you're using a Sales Navigator People Search URL (not a Company Search URL). If the issue persists, try refreshing your browser or splitting your search into smaller segments.
I tried 1 and 3. I just downloaded the chrome extension but get a message saying: The Clay Chrome extension is not available on LinkedIn So, that won't work.

Hey—thanks for flagging this. You’re right to use the Find People from External List method with your LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead search URL. I checked the table, and it looks like it fetched the profiles. This can take some time to process, especially depending on the number of leads

Though, it found wrong contacts. 2474 rows. Which costed quite a lot of credits! My LinkedIn Search contained 70 contacts. No 2474 contacts. What happened? How can I reimburse this?
