Free LinkedIn Profile Enrichment for Existing Contacts Explained

Hi Team - I should probably know this... When I "Find people at companies" one of the options is to include the basic LI profile for free. Is there an option to run this as a free enrichment on a contact in an existing table if I know the LinkedIn URL for the person?

What's up Andrew! I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly - are you looking to find LinkedIn urls of contacts in your table or enrich the profiles of people you already have LN URLs for? If you already have the LinkedIn URL for the person, you would want to run the "Enrich Person from Profile" enrichment. The "find people at companies" enrichment only applies for when you are searching for completely new prospects. Let me know if this answers your question!

Hiya! I can see why my question is confusing. A use case for this might be wanting to validate a person's title or company name if I have their LinkedIn profile URL. If I do a full "Enrich Person from Profile" I'd end up spending credits, but if there was a way to get the basic profile (no credit usage) when you find people at companies, there are times when tat would be sufficient for my purposes.

Hiya! 😊 I understand the use case you’re describing. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to get the basic profile (without using credits) when validating a person’s title or company from their LinkedIn URL. If you run a full “Enrich Person from Profile,” credits will be used for that enrichment. You can also use Claygent with your Own API key for less credits usage :) Let me know if you have any other questions!
