I'm stuck trying to resolve this. Is there a loom video on how to address rate limits?
This is coming from your Open AI account. You need to be on atleast tier 3 for using claygent. However, if you are just using chatgpt integration you should be able to use it even on Tier 1. Just Click on save and it should run GPT integration.
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hi Ryan, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look at this now.
Thanks for weighing in on this Muhammad! It looks like you're experiencing issues related to your API usage tier. Can you share a screenshot of the lower section of the page at this URLso I can take a look at you tier? For context - we now require 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. If you’re trying to use Claygent with a model lower than Tier 2, it won’t work. However, ChatGPT will still work fine in these cases. You can check your ChatGPT usage or limits at the following links: • Usage • Limits • Usage Tiers Their support team will always grant you the request if you have prepaid the minimum amount required and they’ll be quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues.
how can I increase it??????????
Here's a thread explaining how you can upgrade your OpenAI api key: https://community.openai.com/t/how-to-move-up-in-usage-tiers/677788. Their support team is generally receptive and should be able to fulfill your request once you've prepaid the required minimum. They are also quick to assist with increasing your limits or resolving any issues you may encounter.
interesting, I already pre-paid $120 in credits
Hey Ryan, if you've already paid the $120, the Tier should automatically increase. One possible reason for the delay could be the OpenAI requirement that at least 7 days must pass since the first successful payment. I'm not sure when your purchase was made, but this might be causing the hold-up. If everything looks good on your end and the issue persists, I’d recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance. 😊
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
