This error is happening again when enriching for phone numbers. As you can see there are only 35 columns. I logged out and back in again but with no success. Looking forward to a solution so I can continue my work

Try a hard refresh in your browser: - Mac: Chrome/Firefox: Cmd + Shift + R, Safari: Cmd + Option + R - PC: Chrome/Firefox/Edge: Ctrl + F5 Force restart the enrichment column: - Click on the column header of the problematic column - Hover over "Run column" in the dropdown - Select "Force" to jump start the column run - This helps recover from front or back end performance issues If these steps don't resolve the phone number enrichment error, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.
Hey there! This is because each step within the waterfall you have for email enrichment is considered an action column. When trying to add the phone enrichment as well, these are also considered action columns independently, which pushes over the 40 action column limit we currently support. To get around this, I suggest removing some providers from your email waterfall as well as in the configuration of your new phone number waterfall. This will reduce the number of action columns that you have while preserving the data quality. Hope this helps!

Hey There! This is because the waterfall enrichments you are using (email and then phone) are both rather intensive with both validation and multiple providers. Currently, the email enrichment alone is around 20 action columns, which eats into the limit substantially. Hope this helps!
