Support Needed: Email Column Issue Caused Credit Expiration

Hello. I created a column to create emails and the spend was supposed to be 1 per column for 270 columns. Once I ran it, several other columns re-ran and it expired my 2000 remaining credits. Can someone in support assist? Thanks.
