Find Total New Hires in the Last 3 Months at Company

Hey guys I want to know how many new hires a company has made in the last 3 months. So im using the "find contacts at company" function and setting the maximum amount of months to "3". But it seems to be limited to 10 profiles. Is there a way to find the total amount of profiles?

You can do that with headcount growth as well!

Augustin R. no, then you only see with how many ppl a company has grown or shrunk. Could be that they hired 100 new ppl in 3 months but still lost 200 in total.

Not sure what you mean by "in total". Well it's not precise but you still have the headcount to show that they went from 100 employees to 200.

I get what your saying. But headcount growth It's about all people. I need only 'new hires'. Let's say a company lost 200 people in 3 months but hired 100 in, then headcount growth is still -100. Same goes if a company grows with 10 people in the last 3 months, it could be they hired 500, but lost 490. No way to know it.
