Hi everyone, I am having problems with enrichting data from linkedin since yesterday. What could be the cause? I tried all kind of openAI Versions.
For Company and People data enrichment issues, try these solutions:
Force restart the enrichment:
Click the column header in queued state
Hover over "Run column" and select "Force" to jump start it
Check OpenAI API setup:
Verify your API key at platform.openai.com/account/api-keys
Ensure you have tier 2+ with 30,000 TPM for content generation or 450,000 TPM for web research
Verify input data:
Check for missing/invalid company domains or website URLs
Ensure required identifiers are populated
Since you're using Sculptor, try asking it to help troubleshoot your specific enrichment setup first - it's free and can quickly identify configuration issues. Let me know if Sculptor helps or if you need further assistance.

Where can I check the tier2+ status?
You can check your OpenAI tier status at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits.
You can also view your usage and limits at:
For Company and People data enrichment, you need Tier 2+ with 450,000 TPM for web research/Claygent. [1]

I am having tier2
Great! Since you have Tier 2, you meet the requirements for Company and People data enrichment (450,000 TPM).
Try these troubleshooting steps:
• Force restart: Click your column header → hover "Run column" → select "Force"
• Check input data: Verify company domains/URLs are valid and populated
• Monitor rate limits: Clay implements limits for system stability, especially with heavier prompts
Since you're already using Sculptor, ask it to help troubleshoot your specific enrichment setup - it can quickly identify configuration issues.
Let me know if these steps resolve the issue or if you need further assistance. [1]

which enrichment tool fits perfect for finding the total years of experience
AI Formulas are perfect for calculating total years of experience. [1]
First, enrich people using "Enrich Person from Profile" to get work experience data. [2] Then use AI Formulas to calculate total years - they're free, don't consume credits, and ideal for structured calculations like totals.
Steps:
Add a new "formula" column
Prompt AI to calculate total years of work experience
AI generates the code automatically [3]
Try asking Sculptor (top-right corner) to help set this up - it's free and can quickly build the formula for you.
