However, where there is no news to be found, the system is still populating the cell with an error message. If this is fed into the campaign, it will look horrendous. No matter what I include in the prompt, it's refusing to leave the cell blank. I'm using Claude 3.5 Sonnet. My prompt reads as follows: Create a concise, personal email introduction using the positive News Snippet, substituting "your company" for their name. If News Snippet or other news is unavailable, leave blank. Do not include greetings or mention an inability to access content. Ensure the word "speciality" is correctly spelled. Output the text in one sentence. If anyone can help, please, it would be much appreciated.
