Troubleshooting Trial Account Limitations for Adding Mobile Columns

I didn’t see any live chat in your app so posting here- I’m on a trial with Marat T. and I’m trying to add a column to find mobile phone numbers and seeing this at the bottom… what is our trial account missing? It isn’t clear to me what I’m doing that isn’t included in our trial account?

    Great question! 😊 We’ve had to stop offering this feature for trial users due to excessive abuse of the system. The Find People/Company search also has fewer export limits, and those are the main restrictions. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    at what product tier would I get live chat support? I always chat you guys and seem to get one response per day which makes adopting the tool painfully slow.
