It is a manual update by design. But the create record stopped after a few. no errors come up. I haven't changed anything on the AT side

Christoff Poppe, seems like there was a problem with your input for "Skills and Experiences" in your implementation of the Create Record column. I removed that input and the first row was able to run!Try to run the other rows again and let me know if it works fine:) Thanks!
