    I cannot understand why does it show "Could not add lead to campaign" even after everything is set right? I even enabled "Allow Duplicate leads across campaigns"

    There are several common reasons why you might see this error even with "Allow Duplicates" enabled: 1. The lead might be blocked in your account 2. You may have reached your account's lead limit - no new leads can be added until limits are increased or adjusted To troubleshoot this issue, you can: 1. Check if the lead is in your blocked list 2. Verify your account's lead limit status 3. Use the Lookup action in Clay to check if the lead already exists in your campaign

    It seems there might be a misunderstanding about the two different actions. The "Lookup Lead in Campaign" action is only used to check if a lead exists in your campaign and obtain their Lead ID - it's not meant to add leads to campaigns. If you're trying to add a lead to a campaign, you'll need to: 1. First use the "Lookup Lead in Campaign" action to check if the lead exists 2. Then use the "Add Lead to Campaign" action to actually add the lead If you're still seeing failures when trying to add leads, try performing a hard refresh of your browser: ** On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) ** On PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge)
