Thanks! ๐ Also from the usage metrics you sent me yesterday - I see that we had a sudden spike this week on the 22nd and 23rd - we didnt send many new accounts in but we did have to rerun some previous records - which led to ~20k being consumed for reruns / some errors I would imagine - would really appreciate it if you could consider replenishing the account with this 20k before renewal โจ
Hey Shwetha, thanks for the follow up! The team just added the 20k credits back into the account to help out with that situation, hopefully, the errors that used them up were resolved but let us know. We also asked our team to update the renewal date to Oct 28th, we'll confirm once it has been submitted before closing this thread (likely within 24hrs). Thanks!
