Hi everyone - despite the video tutorial I'm facing issues extracting the lookalike accounts information from the ocean.io column to another tab (it's extracting but empty cells and only one account result over the 10) Does anyone can support? Or knows a workaround?
For Ocean.io lookalikes, you need to use the "Write to Table" action to properly extract all 10 companies from the single cell. [1]
The lookalike results come as a list in one cell, so you'll want to:
Use "Write to Table" function
Select "New Table"
Choose the fields you want (company name, domain, similarity score, etc.) [2]
Alternatively, you can hover over the cell with your lookalike data and use "Turn items into rows" to move each item into its own row in another table. [3]
If you're still getting empty cells, try using our built-in AI tool Sculptor (top-right corner) to help set up the workflow properly. Let me know if Sculptor helps or if you need further assistance!

Clémence P. do you have ocean.io account or using Clay's native integration? If you have ocean.io account, I would suggest search directly into their platform and then import into Clay(Best workaround for this)
The "Write to Table" method should work with both Ocean.io accounts and our native integration. The key is properly mapping the lookalike data fields when setting up the Write to Table action. [1]
Make sure you're selecting the correct fields to map (company name, domain, similarity score, etc.) when writing to your new table. [2]
If you're still having issues, try using Sculptor (top-right corner) to help set up the workflow properly - it can generate the right configuration for extracting all 10 lookalikes.

Perfect! Since you're using our native Ocean.io integration, the Write to Table method should work smoothly. When you set it up, make sure you're selecting the Ocean.io lookalike column as your source and mapping the specific fields you want (company name, domain, similarity score, etc.) to your new table. [1]
If you're still getting empty cells, try using Sculptor (top-right corner) to help configure the Write to Table action properly - it can generate the right setup for extracting all 10 lookalikes. [2] Let me know if Sculptor helps resolve the issue!

Clémence P. Inside Clay's find company, there is also lookalike feature. you might want to use that.
Yes, our native Find Company feature includes lookalikes! This might be easier than Ocean.io integration. When you use it, you'll get all lookalikes in one cell - just use Write to Table to extract each company into separate rows. [1]
Map the fields you want (company name, domain, similarity score) to your new table. [2] If you need help setting this up, try Sculptor in the top-right corner - it can generate the right workflow for you.

Vinit I wanted to use it at first but I need to add the domain one by one and cannot provide a full account list as an example
You're right - our native lookalike feature requires adding domains one by one. For bulk lookalike analysis, stick with the Ocean.io integration you're already using.
The Write to Table method should extract all 10 lookalikes properly. Make sure you're mapping the specific fields (company name, domain, similarity score) when setting up Write to Table. [1]
If you're still getting empty cells, try Sculptor (top-right corner) to help configure the Write to Table action correctly. Let me know if Sculptor helps resolve the extraction issue!
