Currently, CRM imports sync every 24 hours by default. We now have Clay Scheduling that lets you automatically refresh CRM data daily, weekly, or monthly, but not more frequently than daily. For enriching leads every couple of hours, you'd need to manually refresh your CRM source or re-run enrichments as needed, since automated scheduling doesn't support sub-daily frequencies yet.

If yes, maybe a webhook instead of a scheduled CRM enrichment is what you should be doing instead. Have you explored that?

You're absolutely right! Our native scheduling only supports daily, weekly, or monthly frequencies (with hourly available on Enterprise plans). For sub-daily enrichments, using Zapier or Make with webhooks is the perfect workaround. You can set up the webhook import in Clay and configure your automation platform to trigger it every few hours. This gives you complete control over the frequency and keeps your lead enrichment running as often as needed.
Appreciate the collective wisdom here! If you're on an Enterprise plan, the sync can be as quick as hourly. But otherwise, the recommendations to send that data over to a webhook is the best route to go – whether directly from your form integration, or through an intermediary like Zapier/Make or the like.
