Hey Jaimie F., when you say enrich while they are 'hot', I'm assuming there is some kind of lead form that a person is filling up? And you want to enrich straight after they fill up that form? If yes, maybe a webhook instead of a scheduled CRM enrichment is what you should be doing instead. Have you explored that?
Currently, CRM imports sync every 24 hours by default. We now have Clay Scheduling that lets you automatically refresh CRM data daily, weekly, or monthly, but not more frequently than daily. For enriching leads every couple of hours, you'd need to manually refresh your CRM source or re-run enrichments as needed, since automated scheduling doesn't support sub-daily frequencies yet.
