To target companies with your specific criteria in Clay, you can use the "Find Companies" feature. Here's how: 1. Open your Clay workbook and access the Sources modal. 2. Select "Find Companies" as your starting point. 3. Use the search filters to define your target criteria: • Industry: HR, Leadership Development, Training, Talent Acquisition, etc. • Titles: Sales Leader, VP Sales, Chief Revenue Officer • Company size: 200-1,500 employees • Additional filters: Use keywords for industries like "Employee Engagement" or "Coaching" 4. Add specific company names (e.g., Blanchard, 15Five) to further refine your search. 5. Consider adding filters for growing companies or VC-backed status if available. Remember to create focused lists of 1,000 to 3,000 companies for effective testing and analysis of your offer. After finding companies, you can use the "write to table" feature to organize your data for further actions.

How do you create filters for “running ads”, “Growing”, “Hiring SDRs”, Etc. Where is this data being pulled from for “Find Companies”?

Creating filters for "running ads" and "growing" in Clay isn't directly available in the Find Companies feature. However, you can use a combination of methods: 1. For "running ads": We have a template that uses SerpAPI to check if companies are running Google search and shopping ads. You can copy this template and follow the steps to identify companies running ads. 2. For "growing" companies: This isn't a standard filter in Find Companies. You might need to use additional enrichment after building your initial list. The Find Companies data is pulled from various sources. You can set filters for company type, industry, location, keywords, and size. For more specific data points like revenue or tech stack, you'll need to use additional enrichment methods after importing your initial list. Remember, you can use the "write to table" feature to organize your data for further actions.

Yes, we have two approaches for finding companies hiring SDRs or other positions in Clay: 1. Jobs as Source: • Open the Sources modal and select "Find Jobs" • Enter job titles like "SDR", "BDR", "Sales Development Representative" • Set location and job type filters • Import up to 1,000 jobs into a new Clay table 2. Jobs as Enrichment: • Start with your existing company list • Add the "Job Openings" waterfall enrichment • Set company domain as input and add keywords like "SDR" or "business development" • Run the waterfall to see which companies have matching openings Remember to use various job title permutations for comprehensive results. You can then use our "write to table" feature to organize the data for further actions.
