Email Lookup Issue: Unvalidated Emails Found, Not Added - Bug Fix Tips Needed

I noticed that when I run an email lookup, even if it finds an email sometimes it doesn't add it to the validated column. 2 questions:

    Why does this happen?

  2. 2.

    If this is a bug, do you have any suggestions on how to quickly remedy it?

    Hey Jeff G., do you have this option toggled? It might be, that this is not a validate mail address.

    Hi Jeff G., sorry for the delay here! The validation columns are hidden by default in the waterfall set up

    So, if you navigate to the columns in the top left of your table workspace and unhide the Zerobounce columns, you should be able to see the validation status of the emails that zerobounce ran on

    Emails will only be printed in your final "Validated Work Email" column if Zerobounce validated them
