SmartLead Integration Not Working - Troubleshooting and Error Handling

Hello, smartlead integration doesn't work. Nothing is happening. No error (is there a way to troubleshoot these things ourselves in the future? Like a place where an error is appearing? I'm not a dev but wondering in case this happens more often)

    I have it in 2 section of my table. I usually use a condition (like on my last column of the table), but even without it (the first smartlead column of my table), it doesn't work.

    I've re-added my API key to make sure this was right

    Is your clay table turned off intentionally?

    Tried to duplicate didn't work. Tried just now to create a new column, and it seems it's now working. Will try and confirm here if need further help. Thank you

    Anjali D. I figure out the issue: Everytime I add a campaign to smartlead, refresh the field, and select a new campaign it bugs. Only workaround I find was to recreate from scratch and re-map all the fields

    Very unstable integration with Smartlead surprisingly. Will have to recreate 8 columns from scratch, re-mapping all the fields to it. I hope when duplicating a table, it won't break. But you may want to check what's happening. There must a bug somewhere

    Nevermind, it's still broken sometimes even when I duplicate it. Anyone can help, please? Most recent column to bug is "Smartlead C-Category Ludovic". When I run it, 14 rows with status "Has not run". 0 error, 0 way to troubleshoot it. Can't use Clay until it's fixed ๐Ÿคฏ

    Thank you. What's your typical timeframe to fix these kinds of issue please? Blocking us to start any outbound efforts so with the pricing and credits that expires every month, every day without having a fix will impact us greatly. Thank you

    I had created a separate view to isolate the columns but you can remove that view if needed.
