Dividing Large Tables by Language and Industry in Workbooks

I have a more general question. I work with larger tables in workbooks. I would like to divide these into smaller ones according to the language of the recipient and the industry. Is there a way to “send” them to other tables according to keywords or do I always have to work with lookup?
